These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and the Hera App. By accessing this Website and the App you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access the Website or the App.

Our Mission
To enable every parent to receive the trusted information they need about the health and wellbeing of their child when they need it.
We think access to expert paediatric information should be iavailable to all. That’s why we made Hera, to give parents peace of mind and to help parents care for the children’s health with confidence.
Definitions
App: means the Hera Child Development LTD for Apple, Android or Web
Conditions: means these terms and conditions
Service: means Hera's Advice Service.
Users: means the users of the Website and App collectively
We/us: means Hera Child Development LTD trading as Hera

You: means a user of this Website and App collectively
Access
You are provided with access to this Website and App in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
Registration
You warrant that:
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and that you will notify us immediately of any changes.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
The information and images you provide will be treated with the strictest of confidence. The clinicians that provide advice will use it to create patient records for you and/or your child.
You can obtain a copy of the data we hold of you at any time free of charge by requesting it in writing by following our subject access procedure.
We never use any of the information you provide for marketing purposes without your consent and we never sell it to third parties. We may use your anonymised information for research, audit and testing purposes. This is to maintain safe practice and to enable service improvement.
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website and the App, or the use by any other person accessing the Website or App using your account and/or your Personal Information.
Our rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and/ or App (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website and the App; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website and the App (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions, then you must immediately stop using the Website and the App.

Hera Advice Service
The Hera Advice Service operates on a monthly report basis. This service is message-based, with the option to share images and attach other file types. When you contact a healthcare professional detailing the concern you need advice on or your developmental updates, you will need to wait on a monthly basis for your profile review.
Though our users profiles are reviewed on a monthly basis, it is possible that Hera's clinicians will respond to you earlier, but this is at our own discretion.If you have paid extra to receive an immediate response, a response should be available within 24 hours.
Membership and Cancellation
Hera has a minimum membership period of one month. The agreed monthly membership fee must be paid either by monthly instalments or can be paid annually in advance. Initial monthly payment must be paid at the time of joining, or at the time of the free trial ending, if applicable. After the minimum term, your membership will continue a monthly rolling basis. If you wish to cancel after the minimum term, you may do so by cancelling the subscription in the App Store on your device, or giving 30 days’ notice by email to yasmin@hera-app.co.uk. Hera Child Development Ltd trading as Hera reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer with the right to a refund at the date of amendment or withdrawal.

Hera's Service
The Service is for users in the United Kingdom only. This service is suitable for those aged 18 or over.
The use of the Service is dependent on the accurate provision of data and information provided by the User. The User is solely responsible for the data entered by them into the Service. Erroneous input from the User may produce inaccurate information being passed to the Doctor . You are ultimately responsible for the information you provide and Hera has no medical liability.
When using the Service, you agree:

To only use it for your needs and/or the needs of your dependent minors

To follow instructions provided by the App/Website

To share with your GP any advice and guidance received on Hera App when appropriate to do so

To behave in an honest and responsible fashion having reasonable regard to the implications of providing false data or information

If you have any doubts about your immediate health condition either arising from the output of the Hera Service or otherwise you should seek the immediate assistance of a health professional.

Hera is not a substitute for your primary care provider and you should contact your GP immediately should your condition change or your symptoms worsen (if you are not registered with a UK doctor you should contact your local walk-in centre or hospital for advice).

If you have a medical emergency, you should not use this service and instead you should call 999 or visit your local Accident and Emergency Department.

NHS 111 should be contacted should you have any emergency concerns.
General terms
Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall always remain vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website and App is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of such material and content.

The Website and App may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.
